  • Hold mouse over a meet title to see a list of sessions.
  • Click a session to see the volunteer list.
  • Click SIGN UP FORM to volunteer.
  • Click BACK TO INSTRUCTIONS to get back here.

    Special Note For New Parents:

    If you're concerned about not knowing how to help, the Red/White meet is the ideal opportunity to learn. It's a low-pressure, stress free environment! Some volunteer positions require a bit of training; they include:

  • Operating the computer
  • Operating the Timing Console
  • Scoring
  • Announcing
  • Being Head Timer

    Because this meet is short and only includes SCSC swimmers, it's a great opportunity for us to *train* you on these duties, and for you to shadow someone with experience. If you're interested in learning one of these positions, simply state that you want to shadow someone else when you sign up and we'll pair you up with one of the old-timers.

    Yes, it's that easy.
